JRC is NOT coming to an end, Porks....Im just retiring from UNI10 like so many others.

Its a true waste of time really for me. U can do much more (in less time too) in a speed UNI and probably blow past ur current U10 acct pts in less than a year. I like playing in FULL UNIs, not being farmed out/hunted by the same 20 people that have been doing it for 5 years. As the UNI shrinks and REAL targets disappear, u will see more and more of those guys. Eventually they will go dormant again, becoming miners again...but until that day comes, Id not post on the boards either.

thnx. I know what you mean though. but i've just built this acc to the point where i can do some damage. maybe when i've had some fun with it i'll give a speed uni a try.

Mace and his mouth (and similar attitudes from a few others in TPM) are why some leave TPM to begin with. Giving members crap isnt the way to build a lasting alliance Arkh. Rachel left over similar reasons, I think. Then TPM members started acting like little bitches toward her, bullying her with threats and such. Childish response if I ever saw one. I could understand that attitude if she had betrayed members or attacked TPM after leaving...but that wasnt the case--she just didnt feel TPM was the place for her, and so left. Yet that angered the more foolish of TPM at the time, and the rest was history as they say.

It wasnt until I gave Lace that acct with some firepower that the threats stopped and TPMers started backpedaling and wanting to be friends with her again (smart on their part--Id have torn them apart singlehandedly one by one if need be if she didnt). Wasnt that long ago Mace was attacking (for no profit just petulance) Lace's old acct. I remember well those days.

Thankfully, a more mature TPM alliance is more noticeable (and admirable) to a bunch of noobs threatening other noobs as it was in the beginning. More mature, and a fine place to play Im sure...but not a top 10 one, til they learn to have patience, understanding, and a desire to teach and cater to ALL members--not just a few mouthy officers/players like in the past. I see great things for them in the future if they continue to develop. Alliances like TPM are the only hope for this dying UNI.

This is not a TPM bash post, just a very blunt and honest evaluation of what Ive found out from former (and current) members and seen with my own eyes. I play with some great TPMers in U35 and they are great additions to Marvel. I love those guys, and they know it (or Id never have let them in).....Porky, like Lace, will find a home here at JRC (if he is voted in, that is), as most Ronin were formerly from other alliances (including myself--I was a WOZer to begin with). One day he may decide to return to TPM. U just never know, Arkh....the calm and respective goodbyes will endear him to ur members more than anything else mate. Good job and hopefully cooler heads than Mace will prevail in the future. If he got his drinking under control (hes obviously a mean drunk) hed be a great guy, instead of the one who drives good players away. Some have to learn that for themselves tho.
